Kevin Sheen

Kevin is the president of the Poulsbo Film Festival Foundation. He co-founded the film fest in March of 2022 with Bittina.

Gale Benning

Gale just completed his first year as Vice President of PFF(f). He's the annual Production Manger of PFF and is an accomplished graphic designer and filmmaker!

Marketing

Carlos Correa

Carlos is a local filmmaker who approached PFF in 2024 to help with behind the scenes video documentation. Now he's on the board leading the way for marketing!

Aljolynn Sperber

Aljolynn is the Executive Director of Visit Kitsap Peninsula, leading regional tourism initiatives to promote Kitsap as a premier destination.

Lin Hino

Lin is a community-centered event leader with a passion for bringing people together through storytelling and creative experiences. As the newest board member she loves supporting festival planning, partnerships, and the 48-Hour Film Challenge—helping create welcoming opportunities for filmmakers and audiences to connect through film.

Juror Lead

Michael Griffin

Michael Griffin serves as the Jury Director for the Poulsbo Film Festival, leading the festival’s volunteer screening jury and helping ensure each film receives a thoughtful and fair evaluation.

A photographer and digital artist, Michael has a passion for visual storytelling and capturing the unexpected beauty of everyday moments. After serving as a Quartermaster (Navigation) in the U.S. Navy, he settled in Washington State and now calls Poulsbo home.

Michael lives in Poulsbo with his wife, Amy, and their two children, Gracie and Gus. He is proud to support independent filmmakers and help celebrate the creativity of the Pacific Northwest.
