2023 Award Winners

Thank you to the filmmaker class of 2023! Also known as our second year running the Poulsbo Film Festival. We screened a total of 48 shorts and features for the North Kitsap community on October 13-15. All winners were based on scores submitted from our panel of jurors comprised of eight individuals. The People's Choice Award is obviously based on guests who attended the festival and then decided to rock the vote! We had a total of 148 people's choice votes this year.
